        Unfair raised prices. I have contacted management, customer service and at some point I hope to reach corporate! They're charging rent as if these are apartments. No way should a storage unit DOUBLE in price in less than a year. Crooked business, crooked system. I looked at my bill thinking I missed a payment only to find out that's my new bill after it was already raised $40 dollars after the last 3 months. They know people don't want the hassle of moving all their things again so they're taking advantage!

        I was a little apprehensive about renting a storage unit again. Ive had some bad experiences in the past with other places. Upon my arrival into the office I was greeted by a wonderful lady named LaShana who explained how the process worked and even showed me the unit I wanted to make sure my stuff would fit. The property is clean and feels safe. Thanks again LaShana for making this process extremely easy.
