Had been searching for a specific truck for several months and came across a new listing online for what I wanted here at Chaparral Ford. I called and was routed to Justin Dickey. He was super attentive and sent me all the photos I could ask for. (I live North of Houston they are SW of San Antonio). They prepped the truck and overnighted the paperwork. I got them to include a BAKFlip bed cover to go with the truck and they drove it to me that Saturday for me to test drive. On the way to me the check engine light came on and I was gutted! I spoke with Justin and the sales manager Jimmy. They assured me I could take it in to a local dealer and they would take care of it. Ended up being the emissions system and around 7k in repairs. I thought I was going to cry but they stepped up to the plate took care of everything and I was back in my truck a few days later. I felt like a valued customer and I would happily do business with them again in the future even from 400 miles away. Thanks again Justin!

I came in with very little hope of getting a ca. spoke with Mark Payton over the phone and explained my situation and he told me to come in. that he would be able to get me in a car. he did just what he said with a low payments and coverage over the car and low mileag.very happy with him.
