AMLI Park Avenue

I absolutely love living at the Amli! I moved in because a friend of mine lived here, and she had great experiences while I had huge issues with my Greystar apartment in Baker. The Amli Park Ave is clean, well-managed, the apartments are gorgeous, and the amenities are great. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly and painlessly. My dog also loved being pet of the month here! Recently, my partner and I moved in together and instead of leaving the building, we moved into a new, bigger unit. Sam and Ashley have been extremely helpful throughout the transfer process and have answered all questions I've had very quickly. I can't recommend the Amli Park Ave enough!

Read so many of these reviews beforehand, happy to add to the praise. While my wife and I only moved in two weeks ago, weve been in contact with the Amli Park Avenue team in some form since visiting last August and its been that type of exceedingly positive experience where, in these skeptical times, youre prone to ask whats the catch?, but Im so happy to report that there really doesnt appear to be one. Just really nice and caring individuals doing their best in such a way that its worth calling attention to. We worked with Haley Ann last summer who gave us an excellent, thorough and informed tour without being overly pressure-y and who subsequently has been consistently kind, helpful and responsive with all of our questions along the way. Leading up to and through our move-in, weve worked with both Sam and Ashley, who effortlessly helped us coordinate a move-in in the midst of a snowstorm and continue to provide help and information as we need it. Kristen has also been super welcoming - just a feeling of earnest kindness from everyone weve met. This includes the maintenance team. While happily there were very few issues upon move-in, what few issues came up were explained clearly and addressed promptly (thank you, Anthony!) Regarding the apartment and community in general, everything has just been a big step up from anything my wife and I have experienced previously (in experiences separately and together). We had trepidations shifting back to apartment living from being in a house these past few years and its been such a better experience than we could have imagined. Amenities that work and are well-maintained, appliances in good condition (good water pressure and hardware!), security taken seriously, friendly neighbors, walls that dont seem paper thin (we may have just lucked out but its WAY quieter than we expected from past apt experiences.) Its silly because some things Ive noticed seem like theyd be just be a given, like trash not being piled up in the garages or not having doors with broken locks everywhere, but knowing both first and secondhand what apartment management can look like these days, the whole experience has been refreshingly positive. Recent example - power in the surrounding neighborhood went out - no guesswork. Received a note almost immediately - were aware, heres what were doing, heres what we know, heres what we suggest in the meantime - well keep you posted. On all fronts, its competency meets kindness and its noticed. Look at enough reviews about all the goods and bads at apartment renting in Denver and amongst all the MANY negative callouts, youll see these quiet nods to AMLI Park Avenue specifically as being something rare and special - that's merited. Im not typically a glowing review person, but credit where its due and Im happy to write this and share how grateful we are that we found this place to call home.

Have lived here 4 years and have nothing but good things to say. Building and amenities are nice, along with all the friendly staff. Shout out to Sam who does a great job in making residents feel welcomed and at home. Shes always willing to assist and answer questions when needed.

This has been one of the best moves ever. From the well appointed amenities to the beautifully updated units to the amazingly friendly and most helpful staff. I would like to give a huge shout out to Haley Ann for showing us around and being so personable and professional and being such a sweetheart and getting us so excited about living here. I want to also give a huge shout out to Sam for getting us set up on move day and getting everything we needed together. She was also so sweet and accommodating and made us feel at home. I HIGHLY recommend AMLI Park Avenue for your next home.

Sam was amazing on our tour! I felt very comfortable touring the complex with her and she had great customer service. She was able to answer any and all questions that I had during the tour and was very professional! I highly recommend Sam and the property to anyone looking for an apartment in Denver!
