Cortland Cap Hill

The first weeks being new to the apartments and the state, I kept running into Roy. Roy is not just reliable, quick and not judgemental when fixing but a great person. He was the first to make Cortland feel like a community for me and to appreciate Colorado! If it wasnt for Roy I would still have a leaking ceiling and no friends. Thank you, Roy!

Moved here straight from California and it has been nothing but an amazing experience. The staff really make you feel welcome; from Riley and Richard at the front desk to Shaun and Roy working maintenance. Aside from the wonderful and helpful employees, the frequent events that are thrown help you meet your neighbors, the amenities offer a welcoming spot to hang out, and it feels secure to live here. Cortland was a great choice as someone new to the area and the friendly people and environment is why I stayed. Cortland is the way to live life at the top of the hill

Its a beautiful and comfortable building, but the best part is the staff! Roy, Shaun, Riley, and Richard really make us feel safe and welcome.

Have lived here over 2 years and have nothing but amazing things to say. The best part of this place is the management staff. Roy, Shaun, Riley, and Richard are the absolute best! Dont know what Id do without them!

This Property is freaking beautiful and well maintained the Community vibes are amazing. Words cant explain!!!! Shaun the Maintenance Supervisor and Roy ! So professional they take very good care of the property and the residents they surprised me by knowing everyones name and this property is pet friendly very clean and well Maintained!!! If I didnt live in Atlanta Id surely live on this property give Cortland Cap Hill 3 thumbs up okay!! Two thumbs and a pinky!! thanks so much guys for assisting us I look forward to future business with you!!
