    If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! DONT GO HERE. I had to spend a total of over 8 hours for them to fix a windshield on my car. I went for my first appointment which was scheduled for 12, they didn't even start until 3pm. The entire appointment should've been 2-3 hours. After sitting there for 5 hours, they advised they could not calibrate the vehicle and I will need to go back. I go back the next day for the calibration and after an hour they advise they still cannot fix it and I will need to come back for ANOTHER full replacement. The manager on duty advised she would give me $40 off the service which was a nice offer but I spent more than $40 on gas and 8+ hours of my life sitting there. Please note the $40 off was NOT reflected in the final bill that my insurance company was billed. I also saw numerous other customers have similar problems where no one communicated with them advising that their car was not fixable until after the customer had been sitting in the waiting area for a long time. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else, all these people do is windshields and they can't even do that right.

    Replaced my Tesla windshield as various Tesla approved locations and Tesla themselves have windshields on large back order. Not sure what the deal is with all the bad reviews - I can understand ppl end up waiting much longer than planned or paying more than anticipated. But I went with an open insurance claim - dropped off my car for the day and it was done by 330pm. Cass running the desk and phones was very kind. Ambrosio installed the new windshield and told me not to get a car wash for 24 hours. Seamless with no complaints!

    I do not live nearby but was in the area for the day and made an appointment. The first issue I ran into was on the way home; I realized my washer fluid wasnt working. I figured out that they didnt connect the hose. Not a big problem and was able to fix that myself. The real issue was when I was driving back to Colorado from Omaha NE and the molding flew off on the interstate. It was a Sunday and all the locations were closed so we had to drive 6 hours without it. This was only a week or so after getting the windshield replaced. I called and they got me in touch with a closer safelite. Customer service was good, however workmanship was less than expected.

The real issue was when I was driving back to Colorado from Omaha NE and the molding flew off on the interstate. It was a Sunday and all the locations were closed so we had to drive 6 hours without it. This was only a week or so after getting the windshield replaced.
I called and they got me in touch with a closer safelite. Customer service was good, however workmanship was less than expected.
