High Peaks Custom Glass & Repair

Trying to decide if this company is really incompetant or if they are scammers. They took my money (over $400) but never delivered on the window I needed replaced, and have stopped communcating with me. In any case, I think you can do better than this company if you need work done. I would avoid them. I did a quick check on a couple things: the owners "Steve Field" and "Krystle Benge" have also had a few previous glass businesses, which have also had complaints in the past. Do a search for "S&K Home Solutions" and "D Town Glass" to see what I am talking about. Also - one of the 5-star reviews above is from "Krystle Beige" - she is one of the owners. Wow! Looks like I got added to Steve and Krystle's scam work. I sent them a $650 dollar deposit via Venmo, which they accepted, and then they quit communicating. I sent multiple emails and texts trying to get my job done and then sent communication trying to get a refund. No response at all. High Peaks Custom Glass and Repair, what a total scam. In an effort to support small business we hired High Peaks Custom Glass (Steven Field and Krystle) Unfortunately our money was taken and we were part of a scam. I have learned NUMEROUS people were scammed as well. He will take your money, string you along for months, then when you ask for a refund he is unresponsive. Do not be part of this scam.
