Great and professional windshield replacement. 10 days later, there are no issues, no leak, no problem. The team installed it within 2h, even better than what they told me. I was skeptical reading some of the reviews before coming and I was wrong. This guys are professional and delivered a great service.

I got a new windshield installed on 2/15 and the lady ringing me up had no idea what she was doing. A week later I look at my credit card statement and they charged me twice for the windshield. Of course I can't find a phone# to call them directly so I have to go in person to deal with this. Long story short, it's now 3/8 and they still haven't credited back the $329 overcharge. This was at the 7880 W Quincy Ave, Denver, CO 80123 location. Absolutely horrible. Update: It is now 3/17 and my credit card still has not been refunded the overcharge. I did have an employee call me to tell me this NEVER happens and he'd have to "research" it even though I had brought in my CC statement 2 weeks earlier which 2 employees looked at and saw I had been charged twice. On 2/15 I have TWO back-to-back charges from Safelite, with 2 different transaction numbers, for $328.49. It is clear as day that I was charged twice for one windshield. Unbelievable over 3 weeks later Safelite still hasn't refunded my CC.
