This is our second time using Sam's for our spring cleaning needs last year we rented a mini dumpster and the price is unbeatable other company's want to tack on all kinds of fees and you only get the dumpster for 2-5 days.. Sam's gives youn10 full days!!! At the best rate possible no hidden fees they explain very carefully what you can and can't do to avoid any fines! And extra fees.... p.s. If you live in a town home with a roofed car port like ours Sam's can drop the smallest sized dumpster off under the carport unlike alot of other companys!!!

Ordered a 9 yard dumpster on 5/18, was told it would be a week out before one could be delivered. Annie told me she would put me on the list if one came available sooner. 15 minutes later, I got a call letting me know my dumpster would be there that afternoon. $255 for a about 9 days, I believe the holiday may have helped me there but I can’t say for certain.
Called the day of my scheduled pickup and asked for an extension of 4 days. I was amazed that it was only $10 more a day and even more amazed that they wouldn’t be able to pick it up for another 4-5 days after and wouldn’t charge me for the extra time, just asked that it be ready. Came home from work puzzled by my now empty driveway (the 9 yard fits perfectly in my very long drive). Called Sams after hours wondering where my dumpster I had just paid for had gone. Left a voicemail. Next morning they called me and let me know that there was a miscommunication between them and dispatch and that they’d have a shiny new dumpster in my driveway within the hour— on a Saturday nonetheless!! They even asked me when would be okay for them to retrieve it after putting me back a day, they were remarkably flexible.
Fast forward to this week. My time was up and a few days were between my paid time and the scheduled pickup. Of course I spent my entire Wednesday giving a deposition and my Jeep was blocking access to the dumpster. I wasn’t free until long after their day had ended. Left them a voicemail explaining the previous days snafu. Driver arrived this morning, hauled it off and Cindy followed up to let me know that they wouldn’t be charging me a trip fee due to the previous calamity with the original dumpster.
My partners family is in the business of hauling trash on the east coast. They’re lovely, but I’m no stranger to the often less than pleasant bunch that deals with such a messy job. I would say the gals at Sams that answer the phones alone have provided better customer service than some of the nicest Hilton’s I’ve stayed in and I’m a double diamond member with them. Way to go Annie and Cindy and team— this couldn’t have been more smooth and that’s even with a dumpster mixup and ignorance on my end. Y’all rock!!

We got the 16 cubic yard dumpster from Sam's Hauling and we couldn't have been happier with the experience and the price. It was perfect for the spring cleaning job we needed to do to clear and throw away a number of things that have been taking up space over the years in our our house and backyard. The drop off and pick up was both easy and done in a timely matter. And the cost made us say a number of times, "I can't believe it only cost that much" Very happy with everything. It was the first time we got a dumpster and it was so much easier than I expected the process to be. We may have a need for another dumpster in the Fall or early next year and we will definitely go with Sam's again. Also recommending to all of my friends in the Denver Metro.
