City & County of Denver Recycle Dropoff

A timeline would be appreciated for when the center opens back up. In the meantime I'm tossing all my recycling into the trash. Thanks for taking away the only option I have since my complex has no recycling dumpster.

Been dropping our kitchen scraps and compost here since August when I moved to Denver and our address had no City pickup in place. Now closed for construction but they have no alternative dropoff set up? No timeline on how long it will be closed. Nothing on the website tells me about places to drop off. Downloaded the app and shows a list where closest place is in Commerce City... Denver. Do better! How can you close this and not have a temporary drop off in place? Kind of ridiculous for a city of this size. I've always had a pleasant experience here before this fumbling.

I've been going here to throw out my organic water since I moved here last August, as there are no organic waste trash options available in my area yet. The cherry creek center is closed, now I have had no where to throw my food waste for the past month. And there are no alternatives. :-(

I hope enough people see this, but this center is closed starting February due to construction. There was no online warning and no alternatives offered. And my shoebox of an apartment does not have nearly enough space for the recycling I have as is. Not sure what my options are now, but it wouldve been nicer if some communication was offered.
