First Thursday of every month is big garbage day. I thought maybe I was mistaken when I set my area rug out for disposal the night before pickup because it was never picked up. I called just to verify I was correct on the big pickup dates and supposedly there was a note stating they left it because I didnt have it out before 7am. That was not true because I had it, my garbage and recycling out the night before like usual. Either someone was not being honest at Werlor or maybe they just didnt see it. Now I have to drag the rug back into my garage. Thanks for your wonderful service!
Reply: No one ever came and yes I did have it out the night before. Rug is still sitting in front of my home.
