My husband forgot to put the trash out last week. No big deal, we put it out this week. I called Werlor around 3 pm because my can had not yet been dumped. When I called to ask why I was informed the can was tagged for being too full so therefore they would not dump it. I was also told the can had been tagged in the past for being too full however that is also not the case. The can was never tagged, they just refused to dump it. I was informed I have to call ahead of time and place my bags outside of the can. But if I dont call they wont pick them up. I now have a massive amount of garbage because they refused to dump my can. I am extremely upset and extremely annoyed at the entire situation. I pay for a service and they did not complete the service. Im really not sure if the driver is too lazy to get out of the truck and put the tag on the can, or to pick up the few extra bags or what the issue is. But if I could go with another trash service I would.
