Thorne plumbing exceeded our expectations. We needed a new water heater and they worked very diligently to replace our heater the same day we called. We had excellent communication the entire day. Called Thorne for a borderline emergency plumbing issue. Responded first thing in the AM and came right out. Fixed the issues and provided info on how to prevent them in the future. Very thankful for Ted's response and would recommend them to anyone looking for high quality plumbing service.

They are at the top of our list when we need to refer our customers for plumbing work. Ted is very knowledgeable and we have never had a bad experience in working with Ted or Jane.
