Do not expect to get a response from this guy. My daughter reported abusive roommates to him, and he couldn't even give her the common decency of a return call. She had to call the police TWICE to file a complaint against two of her three roommates. Now, shes been forced to move out and live back home with me due to their abuse.  I advise that anyone avoid renting a room at this home in Davis, CA, on Belmont Drive as long as Anna Young and Alison Brady are living there. The two of them are in a toxic relationship where they get into screaming matches. Then they go off on their other roommates expecting them to be mind readers. It is a TOXIC LIVING ENVIRONMENT.

I lived at Tamarack for 2 years in an upgraded 2x1 apartment and honestly had a great experience. The apartment had gorgeous wood floors, marble-like covered bathroom, and enormous bedrooms. The only cons about the interior were that it was fairly dim and the toilet had a weak flush. The laundry room and pool were slightly unkempt (at one point the pool was closed due to lack of maintenance) and were usually overrun with bugs. However, the apartment itself had relatively few bugs compared to other apartments in Davis from my experience. I have never had a problem with Eugene or the rest of his family (?). We've always paid with check in the office and have always had our problems addressed in a timely manner. Also, we got our entire deposit back which makes it 100x better than Almondwood (who charges you for the dust on your windowsill).

My experience with this management was superb. Eugene is very nice, and quite competent at his job. Every time something was wrong, the maintenance guy, Hector, always came and fixed the job in a prompt manner. I also very much like their cute office every time I turned rent in.

I rented for many years and had a great experienceduring my time in Davis with the College Town office and mainenance people..They were very helpful and took care of things in a timely manner.

The office on G street is completely unorganized and makes you feel like giving your information to them may just be the biggest mistake of your life. The people who work there are genuinely nice and do their best to help you in any way they can, but they are a bit on the slow side to help with repairs and again THAT OFFICE. I don't know how they find anything in that cluttered mess, surprised they never lost any rent checks...but to be fair they didn't ever lose one and that's why i gave them three stars along with the fact they were very honest about our security deposit return, We roughed up that house but did our best to clean it as much as we could but i still thought we would only get back 20% of the deposit but we actually got  nearly 80% back so thats why i gave them a 3 instead of a 2 star
