Joyce Bimson, Realtor is a great professional. She will assist you with your RE needs. She was the seller's realtor when I purchased a home in West Manor Davis. She then was instrumental in helping me determine what was needed to prepare the home for sale, then within 2 weeks, the house was in escrow. Her follow through in the process is exceptional. I strongly recommend her services for any real estate needs. Joyce will be the first call for any assistance in real estate in the Davis area.

My husband and I came up to the Sacramento area from Los Angeles in order to house shop.  Joyce Bimson and Jo Vallejo of Hearth Stone Properties were incredibly helpful when we were looking in Davis. They were extremely professional and took a lot of time explaining the different parts of Davis to us. Joyce and Jo both took us on a tour, and Joyce shared her amazing knowledge about the history and different points of interest in the town. She's like a walking Davis encyclopedia. For the second half of the day, Jo showed us the different houses on our list. She has a great personality and is very accommodating. In the end, we elected to move to a different part of Sacramento, but we are so grateful to Joyce and Jo for their time and expertise. We definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in Davis.

Joyce is FANTASTIC!! Her experience in the RE field is truly unrivaled. This woman has facilitated countless people in the area through the buying and selling process of RE.  I own and operate Hall's Plumbing within Yolo County exclusively. Being a family owned small business, quality work and ethics are at the top of our list.
