the guy who works here is dishonest and will try to rip you off. I brought in an old bike and he said the tire was bent and inner tubes needed to be changed. I asked how much and he said $100+. Then I took the same bike to kens bike and ski and they helped pumped the bike a bit for free and adjusted the tires a bit and then it worked fine.Also this guy said he never heard about the bike brand even though it is super well known among upper tier bikes. He was most likely low balling me.

I needed a bike for the ends of my train commute to and from Davis. I liked the idea of going used instead of new and found a great bike here. I got it for less than half of what it would cost new and by the time I added a few accessories I still came out lower than a comparable new bike would have been before adding extras. The staff was great too. Very friendly and no pressure when it came to making a decision.

Went to buy a helmet, 2 guys talking outside, had to interrupt & ask if they worked there & had helmets, guy pointed to inside store where I couldn't see from outside. Poor customer service & they acted like I was impinging on their conversation, lol.
