They have been outstanding with us due to a warranty issue at the local dealership! We keep having to extend the rental and they have been super helpful the whole time! Never received this kind of service from other Enterprise locations. Definitely would rent from them again. They make a stressful situation a little less stressful.

Called and reserved an SUV early afternoon. They said they had plenty of cars available. I called about 4:55 and told him I was on my way and they said they would wait for me to get there. They knew who I was and acted like they had a vehicle. When I got there a little after five they first told me they had a minivan only and then changed the story to say that they had no cars available. Then they told me that I mustve called the wrong store or the 800 number but that I didnt call them. They said that I didnt have any cars reserved. I did call the local enterprise store on Frederick Boulevard in Daphne Alabama. After that they offered a car with a cracked windshield and said that that was all they had. Then the manager came out and said that they had had an emergency at the airport store and had given all the cars to them and had accidentally given the car away. They offered to go to the fire stone store and pick up another car but one of the employees was concerned that the car wasnt ready. The manager said that it would take 30 minutes but due to all the other inconsistencies in their stories, I didnt believe him. The manager argued with me and said that it was just the way their system worked. I will never use this enterprise again!!!
