I had a Great experience with Enterprise. I was taken care of by Alex who remember 's me every time I come in and he doesn't waste time,he has your vehicle ready and gets you on your way quickly

I had an issue with my rental and to say the least the Danville Va location refused to help me and is a sorry excuse for a business and lacking in the customer service area. I was unable to get the guys name. I called and spoke to the store manager of the reidsville location,Vince. Without hesitation he offered to bring me a different vehicle to my job and was very professional and told me that I shouldnt have to worry about these things and he apologized for my experience with Danville.
