I purchased an entry level ebike here specifically for the outstanding customer service I read so much about. I'm happy I plan on purchasing knobby tires soon .

Kenneth helped us pick up our roof rack for our kayak. While we were there we saw another kayak on clearance and Noah helped us put on the roof rack and load it up. They were both so awesome and we really enjoyed shopping here and the top notch customer service! I went inside to fill the postcard on Kenneth & Noah and got to interact with Rai who was also very sweet and helpful. We loved the customer service and everything far exceeded our expectations. We would drive to Dallas again to shop when a need arises. Thank you so much for all the help!!

Decent store, but some of the employees are rude. Made a phone call to ask for clarifications on services offered by their bicycle shop and the woman who answered kept cutting me off while I asked my question. Then she last thing she said was, hold on and just like that they hung up the phone. SUPER WEIRD and annoying to deal with attitudes like that.

We go to REI fairly often since we discovered it last year, and recently got our first bike set up by them. It was a nice experience for sure. We even got a cute community event flyer to attend! Shortly after we got a flat and we called after we got out of work to ask if they have some sort of flat fix included and we got an answer that was fairly rude talking about "The bike shop is closed" can you please update your bike shop hours on google and online? We could not find anything after this interaction and this sunken heart feeling would have just been prevented If you didn't answer the phone 10 minutes before closing. You didn't even answer our question. We just assumed the bike shop closed with the rest of the store. This interaction was very disappointing. Thank you. Update we went to bike mart to fix our flat and he suggested you guys did not inflate our bicycle enough. He said this should not have happened its pretty rare especially after assembly. Thats okay we are human, but man it would have been nice to get a clear answer from someone over the phone to begin with.
