I got fitted for a tux for my friend's wedding a few weeks ago (which I paid for), which was located in another state. Upon trying the tux on at the other location, EVERY measurement was significantly off (1"-2"). Because of this, the other rental place had to refit me (free) and order a new tux. The tux fit perfectly. As a concerned customer, I returned to Al's only to be straight-up told I was wrong and they could prove otherwise. No refund available for their faulty service since I "used their service." Being in customer service, I understand it to be good business to satisfy customers especially when you do your job incorrectly. Nothing was done to satisfy me or make reparations for the inconvenience.
tl;dr: Unprofessional service, unsatisfied customer, lost my business.
