My project manager Brian Berkstresser failed to tell me important information about my repairs. Promise me that his company could do certain work but in the end was unable to deliver. I accept the fact that I should have read The work details fully however I trusted him and I
believed that he was a man of his word not just after my business I was wrong. But in the end the work crew foreman Gus and the crew was okay. I just hate it ended with me getting upset because they didn't deliver what Brian promised.
Please read the fine print if you get Brian as a project manager.

This is Ellen knighton in Carrollton. I dont have Google so I am putting this review under my daughters because I wanted everyone to know what an outstanding job Chris, Susanda, and Louis and his crew did! Chris even came by during the process to check on me and that all was going according to plan because I had several components - a patio, French drain system, and piers! Luis and his crew could not have worked harder and were so kind! My yard was cleaner when they left than it was before. Susanda also checked on me several times. I just have to say they deserve 10 stars! Thank you G L Hunt!

Was recommended this place for leveling by my realtor after my business partner and I purchased our first property. Initially the experience was great, the customer reps were professional and flexible with scheduling. After the leveling was completed we had some follow up work. During the follow up work they were careless with the subfloor demo and damaged one of the HVAC lines. I get that things happen during construction that are unforeseen but this was just blatant lack of care. The HVAC line was visible from the other side. So fine, I tried to be understanding and asked them to give me some time to find someone to fix the HVAC line before they close up the subfloor. Not only were they unwilling to pay for any portion of the HVAC expense they werent willing to wait for me to find an HVAC person to fix the line before they closed the subfloors. They wanted to charge me another $500 for them to come back the next day to nail the subfloor. All in all, i hired them to do the follow up which cost me $1.1k and then spent another $1.2k just to fix their mess. Over all It just seems like they just want to get the job done and move on without a care about the wellbeing of the house. They mentioned this is just how they "usually do business". This is very poor customer experience i would expect to be treated better when Ive spent more than $15k hiring them.

Aimee Magallona was the customer service representative. Today I scheduled an appointment for a foundation inspection, she was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.
