    I hired Ashley to help with my move out cleaning. I didn't want to be bothered with having to worry about cleaning because I'm busy and i work all day. She did such an amazing job, she was ontime and very professional, I even got my full deposit back. I am so thankful that i used her services.     My wife and I hired Guys Home Solution LLC based on this business being a black owned business and wanting to support our people of color. When we hired Ashley we reached out via Snapchat. We inquired about the pricing for a move in clean for our new home we purchased. We explained to her that the house had an order because the previous owner had dogs and they had lived there for over 30 years. She told us she would need to come out and look at the house so her cleaner would know what was going on. She came took pics we even asked her about doing electrical work and renovations to our bathrooms since she advised she was trained in that area. She told us we would need a deep detail clean which would include behind the stove, fridge, cabinets etc. We hired her to complete services on on 1/31. However, the utility company hadnt switched over our electricity so we had to reschedule. We rescheduled for Tuesday 2/4 she cancelled last min saying her car was messing up and that it should be fixed by Wednesday so we then rescheduled for 2/5 she then texted my wife again to let her know that she wouldnt be able to make it and that a lyft/Uber was too expensive and that she would need to reschedule for Thursday 2/6. She was scheduled to be there at 6:30, but text us at 630pm to let us know the estimated arrival times would be a little pass 15-20 mins late. I said okay at this point Im already irritated after getting off work but we wanted the house clean. Were all about giving chances. She finally arrived at 7:18pm and I left her and her cleaner Virginia with our house key and told them if they needed anything let us know. And that if its not too late my wife would come by to check and pay via cash app. She wasn't finished until around 10:30pm. Were normally in the bed by 9 preparing for work the next morning. We told her take pics so we can send cash via cash app and for her to leave the key in a discreet location. She sent pics we were satisfied by the pics we sent her the $225. The following day we had to drop our flooring off at the house so we decided to do a walk-thru of the house to make sure everything was clean. We noticed the top of the stove was dusty, the freezer still had an odor and had dirt in it, the top of the fridge had an envelope on top with dust everywhere, behind the fridge and stove there was still dirt. By the floors there was swept up dirt. My wife reached out to Ashley to advise her to see what we could do. She said she had to go behind her new cleaner several times so she was sure things were clean. She offered us 50% off and to come back and clean. We appreciated that, but thought if those minor things were missed the first time how could we trust her to clean our move out apt and ensure we would receive our deposit back? Why was it not properly clean the first time? I would like to say she was professional, however in business your customer is ALWAYS right. You do what you have to do to make sure you satisfy every customer regardless of the issue. The person she had cleaning our house stated she was not a cleaner and was just there that unprofessional, she sent pictures of our home to her friends who posted them on the review my wife left on fb VERY unprofessional. I say this to say, in a business youre going to have happy and disappointed customers. You cannot gang up on each customer that decides theyre unhappy with your service.
