Scamming Low income families by deliberately hiding visitor parking g signs and paying someone to call in vehicles that park in their lot visiting their tenants. $212 tow charge. Was only 10 mins before my car was towed. Becca was very rude and doesn't care. Tow truck driver told me the visitor parking sign has been down for as long as he can remember. (His words)

If you value your life, do not rent from this place. Have a place near the apartments and they rent to bad people!! Worst place in CB

I've a Friend who lives here, VERY Nice place on the inside, very homey and comfortable, but it could really use a paint job on the outside.

Don't know how anyone could rent here. How do u get ahold of someone to rent a place. I knew some people on waiting list and they never move up or can talk to anyone. They don't return calls even if u ask them when you leave a message.
