I just relocated to the area and love my new home. The units are on the smaller side but that's why they are affordable. I'd rather pay less for a brand new clean space then spend more money on space I won't use. I'm on a tight budget and work at city hall so the location and the unit are perfect for me. Love the manager who made sure I was happy when I moved in.

I was recently divorced when I moved in and was looking for a clean friendly building and bright unit. I got all of that and made some wonderful friends. The owner is always available to listen when the manager is off and the manager Jennifer is so caring. No bug issues. People write what they want but it's not true. I am so happy to be here!

I've lived in this building for over 4 years and it's truly amazing ! Those older reviews were from disgruntled tenants who were evicted for not paying their rent. There are NO bug issues and whenever we have any issue of any kind, the owners take care of it right away!

I moved in about a year ago and was concerned about living in a large building because I came from a small complex. This building is so wonderful with great neighbors and friendly management.

My review might be better if I didnt share a wall with the entryway and if my bedroom window wasn't close to the entry door where all the smokers hangout. Needless to say its difficult to sleep at night with the noise of people being loud outside my window and people stomping/running up and down the stairs. The noise forces me to stay up late at night while waking up early in the morning for work. Also with all the units having baseboard heaters and the carpeted floors being changed to wooden floors, its very common at least in my unit to hear loud popping noises from the wood by the heaters. I didnt know what to expect with this being the first time I have lived in a big complex, but I have learned to never ever again get an apartment right next to an entryway lol.
