        The property has gone downhill. Leasing office never answers their phone. Maintenance is slow as molasses. Its really giving PROJECTS! Air conditioner has been broken since 2021.. just do yourself a favor and dont rent here (unless you like the projects lol) Edit: and now they have the audacity to raise rent by over $100! No improvement to the property, still raggedy, still have the homeless loitering the parking lot at night, still has rodents.

        I have worked here and I'm here to tell you, that place needs major repairs. Bed bugs are common grounds there, you have homeless people coming and going and staying. The structure isn't safe...I can go on and on. If you do drugs, this the place for you. A losers paradise

        Ive lived here now for three years. Since living here theres been a change of management and assistant.. and honestly its THE BEST CHANGE!!! They are very understanding and anytime you have an issue with anything into your apartment, its taken care of in a timely manner. If youre a small family looking for a place to live The Bluffs Apartments are your apartments. Very close to a Walmart(walking distance) and the interstate. Close to Broadway or 16th street to access fast food restaurants. Great school district and a few parks close by.
