The buyers Jacob and Michelle are great!
They did everything they could to make the sale possible to start. They were there every step of the way, even when had a little hiccup at closing, although that was on the attorney not them. Michelle made sure it was corrected and everything closed as should!
Turnkey Properties whole team is awesome!
If your looking for an easy transaction with good people look no further. Very much recommend if your in the Kannapolis/Conord area!

Turnkey Property Solutions have been great partners. I've invested in several properties with their support and knowledge. They are a soup to nuts company, being able to find, renovate and guide investors to profitable properties throughout the Charlotte market. Michelle is a licensed realtor and her husband Jacob is a licensed General Contractor with his own crew. They aren't just a company looking to make money. They want everyone they partner with to prosper and grow their portfolios successfully and even enjoy the process!
