Dillano Medina was great to work with, He and I started speaking about my mothers house about a year ago. My mother wasnt ready to sell at that time and he understood it so he kept in touch with me periodically. When she finally ready to sell I reached out to him and he made sure it was on my time to meet him to look at property, never rushed me, never made me came nothing but important and that says a lot since this is he lively hood to buy and sell homes. When the day came to sign everything, he was top notch, fast, easy closing. Now I have to give Ms Julie Butt her props from 24 Hour Closing she is a special lady, super nice. Thank all you guys for everything, my mother was happy. I will definitely be passing you guys information on to others
