This store is pretty good. However in order to get inside the store you must use their parking lot. The parking lot consistently occupied by what appear to be vagrants, vagabonds and other travelers.

We found the Honda lawnmower in stock and got immediate assistance to pull it off the shelf. Excellent job to the whole staff.

I will be going out of my way to shop at Ace, Lowe's or anywhere else from now on. I ordered a kitchen in February and the designer input two right panels instead of left & right. Coram HD claimed it's wasn't their fault because they outsource the cabinets and the cabinet maker just didn't read the design close enough. The designer reordered the panel and told me it would definitely take less than 6 weeks for the new panel to come. The next day a manager tells me the panel will be ready for pickup in a week on Wednesday, but I have to take time out of my day to go to the store to pick it up and return the incorrect panel to them to prevent being charged extra. Wednesday I call the store around 11am and they tell me it's not there and if the cabinet arrives that day I could pick it up tomorrow. They also tell me no one should've given me that date because it's not guaranteed. Throughout the process I spoke with customer service, the call center, the designer and three managers. None of them seemed to care about the problem at all. All they cared about was convincing me it was Kraftmaid's fault (not convinced). I'm a PRO member and I've spent nearly $30k at this store in 2024 alone, and much more over the last few years. In return for my loyalty they refuse to return my calls, refuse to take responsibility, and refuse to provide accurate information. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere for your kitchen.
