Proceed with caution.
It took over a year from final install to close my permit correctly. The city inform me numerous times that it was an issue with the company, nothing I could solve myself. Regularly sent emails went unanswered for months. When I would call the person who I needed to speak to was somehow never there, and they never returned my calls. Even telling them I was going to hire another company to close my permit and then take them to small claims court did not work. I finally went in person to their office. Of course the person I needed to speak to wasnt there. So I told them I would stop by again. Then they finally started the process to close my permit correctly. There were other issues, but I think taking over a year, by no fault of my own, to close a permit correctly is inexcusable.
This company was recommended to me by a close friend. I would not recommend this company anymore to anyone I know.
Sidenote. I know 2021/2022 was a hard time for everyone. But I dont think that means you just dont finish a job that was fully paid for. Services: HVAC duct & vent installation, Install AC
