Horrible customer service. Told me to park in front of the bank so they could help someone who was behind me after waiting 20min for one person in front of me.

So I donâ€™t have an account with this Bank but my husband does. He just recently passed and Iâ€™ve been trying to get through to figure out how to close his account and they keep sending me letters of his overdraft amount and nobody can answer phone calls because everybodyâ€™s always so busy. I understand ir can get busy in the lobby but at least alternate and try to have somebody to answer a damn phone call while others take care of the other customers in the lobby.
