        The in-person customer service is excellent. The one star rating is for the credit union as a whole. They did an update in January. Since then (2 months) my business QuickBooks has not been able to communicate with my account. PFCUs fix is to upload bank statements and itemize the transactions. So much for live bookkeeping. Their website is constantly down, preventing you from logging in. Updates / upgrades are to create a better experience, not worse. Everything worked fine before you fixed it. The funny part is, my business is still charged a monthly fee for a subpar experience.

        No wait and excellent customer service from Reyna who opened my account, Kim who helped me get a rewards card, Mia who approved my application and Jessica who helped me with everyday banking! I love PCFCU, I'm finally free from Chase Bank. Better loan rates and a local branch in Coolidge that's open on Saturdays. Come on down!
