Don't waste your time or your insurance companies money. They have absolutely no respect for your time, they are only interested in billing insurance companies so that they can live in the lifestyle they have been accustomed to through over billing. I will never go back and reccomend you stay away also.

**For anyone looking to switch, Visionworks (also in Concord) has availability** I do not plan on coming back here. Wow, what a mess. I had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Greary for 1pm today, I left just before 2, without being seen. Walked into a waiting room PACKED FULL of people, sat down & waited as I watched the room slowly file out. I finally got fed up at the 1:40 mark, went up to the receptionist & expressed that I need to go back to work, & asked if I could reschedule. The receptionists were very helpful, one of them ran back to the offices probably 3 times trying to get information, because apparently the office's are not connected? Something about a Telelink, & they could not help me reschedule. One of them did take down my info, & said they would give me a call. They were very kind. I did not leave the building until 1:50, an hour after I arrived. I wasted gas, I lost out on time at my job, as well as my personal time. Absolutely chaotic, I'll find a new eye doctor somewhere else.

Long time customer, I had a great experience today. I did not wait more than 5 min. The technician, Lauren, was so efficient and pleasant.
Dr. Rheault was also great and also on time. My only concern had been the long wait for the bi-yearly appt. when I called to schedule in March or April for July and couldn't get an appt until November. I asked to be on a cancellation list and actually got in on schedule in July! That's the way things are these days.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Ever since Concord Hospital took over this practice has been TERRIBLE. The billing office is the worst. They did not inform us that we needed a referral for the service and now expect us to pay because they did not inform us or submit the bill to insurance in a timely manner. We are taking our business elsewhere.
