Maddie is a sweetheart and was super helpful during my purchase. She kept me informed about a delay with one pair of glasses. Overall, I would gladly recommend to visit her!

Horrible customer service. Had an issue with my prescription glasses so decided to call around to get estimate. I was advised by a member of their staff that the time frame from order to delivery was better than others. The optometrist was wonderful.but the actual Sam club optical staff was horrible. Not only was the time frame way off but they even came in wrong. When addressed with two employees, one being the same one who adviced of the time frame, I was then told I was wrong and my time line was off. Even after showing record of when they contacted me. They even went as far as to place blame on the third party vender for there mistake for tracing the frame wrong. Not worth the discount or hassle.

So I usually for years I have had nothing bad to say about this place and the Technician Kim is amazing, although today was a different story. So I went in to get my contacts that were allready ordered last month and the place is temporarily closed. The sign said if you have allready ordered something one of the associates would be able to get it for you so call the number they left at the desk. So I proceeded to call it and got someone in Pennsylvania that works for Sams club and she said no they cant help me and that for HIPPA not just any associate could get them as they are locked up and no one in the store has access as they are closed for now for good until they can find help. Which they dont know how long that will be. Long story short they are temporarily closed and no one contacted me to pick them up before they shut their doors. An email or call would have been nice for customers who had items there. Now I only have two days worth left and have to find another order company and my prescription. What an inconvenience when all they had to do was let us know!

I could not be happier with my experience at Sam's Club Optical. I had my eye exam there complete with dilation for only $79.00. My old doctor charged me $200 for the same exam. My RX was spot on and it was like lifting a veil when I put on my new glasses. I had never experienced such clear vision with my old glasses. The Opticians were fantastic as well. They helped me try on so many pairs of frames until I found a pair I loved. The prices were about 1/3 of what I had paid for my last pair and that included the thin, light HD lens with all the coatings. In fact Sam's does not charge for scratch resistance, anti-glare coating or the 12 month frame/ lens warranty, it is included in the price for free. Best of all the price were so good I could afford to buy prescription sunglasses a treat I was never able to afford before. I want everyone to know that Sam's has the best glasses and prices anywhere in NH. Let me add that Sam's Club Optical is open to everyone...there is no membership in the club required to get a great deal on glasses
