I am really pleased with the work from Mullis Garage Doors. I had a broken spring that needed replaced. Drew came out and was able to complete the job in less than 30 minutes. I am definitely going to have this company replace my garage door next year. If you have ANY issue with your garage door Mullis Garage Doors is your best bet! I would highly recommend them.

I absolutely, % love my new garage doors!! I received a great and reasonable price for both of them. Painless installation. Quality insulated product. Personable and professional installers. Stellar customer service. I mean, if your thinking about a place for garage doors, you can stop thinking. This is your green light, to come over to Mullis.
Edit- I have to adjust the "stellar customer service" bit in my review. I'm not happy about their quality of work or their makeshift bracket and ill fitted screw they used on my garage door. I'm not happy about us calling to complain about the shaking of the garage doors (felt like an earthquake shaking our entire house) and they decided to pass off blame citing it could be a motor issue; blindly diagnosing the issue before they even bothered to check their work. Lowe's (who installed our new garage openers) sent Josh out and he told me the culprit for all the rattling and shaking, which was the bracket that was used was completely wrong. He fixed it for us. (Let that sink in. He was there to diagnose a motor issue, but rummaged theough new boxes of supplies to get me the correct brackets and bolts.) Josh also mentioned the doors were out of alignment which will cause us issues down the road if Mullis won't fix it. He gave me his charge to take the doors off and install them correctly. We called Mullis and explained the situation to them. They said Josh was being picky, and if there were to be any adjustments there would be an expensive charge! So much for a labor warranty. You install the door, something goes wrong and now you refuse to make the fix. It's absolutely amazing to me that Mullis can charge us over $2k for garage doors, make a makeshift bracket solution, pass off the issue to someone else, and then when Josh from Lowes comes in with the correct solution and further instruction on how to fix the issue, they won't do anything. I know that inflation is up and customer service is in the toilet, so I would strongly consider what type of service you will receive after something goes wrong with this company.. How much $ you are investing for irresponsible and off putting behavior. The sheer denial of fault when the multiple videos I have is proof of the lackluster job. It is absolutely incredible how the service was after they took their inflated fee from us. Insane. Save yourself the trouble. Find someone else

They are Absolutely The Best! Drew came out and fixed my garage door. He was professional and friendly. The cost for the repair was very reasonable and fair. I find other garage door companies take me for a ride and charge way too much.

Just had our garage motor replaced. Our home warranty covered the cost ($600) minus the $85 up front cost our plan calls for. (Choice Warranty!!) MULLIS Garage Doors sure knows the meaning of Communication !! The warranty company had booked a Monday fix before checking with their vendor, as they so often do, his Monday was booked solid. Danny was on the phone letting me know this & we worked it out for the next day. His son Drew did the install & Everything was done professionally & accurate.
MULLIS Garage Doors will now be added to The Lake Norman Realty vendor list! 10 STARS!!
