Superior Garage Door of the Southeast

Initially communication and follow up from Michael was fantastic. I paid the deposit, for materials on December 4, 2018, and we agreed on installation of the new door, hardware, opener and keypad for December 11, 2018. Michael states he would be at my house in the afternoon as he had another job in the morning. When I arrived home from work Michael was working on the door and opener install. He completed the installation about 9:30 pm, but given the time and temperature he wasn’t able to finish the outside trim. He requested payment of the final $375.00 and stated he would be back in the next week to complete the install of the trim. Michael was very good communicating at first, however, one thing led to another and here we are on February 10, the trim hasn’t been installed and I haven’t heard anything from Michael since January 14, 2019, even though I have sent several texts and voicemails. This is beyond frustrating!
