Today my 90 year old mother was taken from this facility by an unknown driver of a transport company. It wasn't even the transport company that asists her. My mother told the driver she had the wrong person but the driver told her no she didn't and that she was someone else and took her from the facility and drove her away without anyone at the facility noticing. My mother is in a wheelchair. After the staff did notice she was gone and called the transport company was she returned to the facility. No one called me to tell me what happened. My mother told me this evening when she returned home from dialysis. This was a very upsetting situation for my mother to be taken away by someone she didn't even know and then have the driver tell her she was someone else. This facility needs to implement some security protocols to ensure that this never happens again.

I started dialysis December 7th 2017 very scared. I put dialysis off for so long that I was so sick and could barely stand up straight to walk. With nurse Tiffany's encouragement and caring staff I started. Now it has been a long road so far but worth it most days. If it was not for the family atmosphere and feeling like my technicians truly care about my well-being I am not sure I could continue. A special thanks to you all; however, Maurez, Kayla, Keila, Todd, Heather, Kris and Carrie you make my runs bearable!
