The staff are nice, but that is about all. I have been on dialysis for almost 8 years and I've never seen such unclean place, yes the floors are clean but when taking care of patients you need to at least sanitize your hands after each patient, I didn't see that my 3 hours there! They didn't fully wash the chairs after the patients, I seen techs play with personnel phones and not wash after, even pull up a bra strap and not wash after. Even the RN after giving medication didn't sanitize hands. I know the difference between clean and sterile , and this didn't come close to either. I came out of town for a transplant evaluation and needed dialysis, and the last thing I need or want is a infection while waiting to get a kidney. I had issues with the time situation and I brought papers from home to show the manager and she never even came to look at them or talk to me to clarify that the time they had was wrong. Very sad because now I have to try and find another place that will except me for next time I need to come down, and that is already difficult because of my major health issues I have caused from dialysis.
