These slum lords of this city need to be shut down!! I have been disabled for a few years and never once had late rent.. even through my fight with cancer These folks lied and said my rent was late but I had no proof so when it was time to turn in my key I decided to record it.. As I assumed they tried to lie again and say I never did!! I showed them that video and they backed off!! They never fixed anything put me in an apartment that had no gas connection so there was no running hot water for months.. They were so rude and nasty that I left the lease early. Extremely dysfunctional lot and their maintenance man was accused by one of the neighbors allegedly being a part of the burglary of my apartment but wasnt fired.. harassed me until I finally was well enough after cancer surgery to move. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!! Feel free to go to my Instagram page.. I posted my video there. I noticed they said another complainant didnt rent from them. Message me and Ill be happy to show my lease!! They cant be trusted I saw those pics in the other complaint looks similar to mine. I have pics as well

The house that I rented from them had mold around shower head also my son had mold growing under his rug also they didnt do anything about it and the dishwasher never worked in that residence also my garage door never got fixed when they told me they would fix it also I never received a deposit back also my son got sick due to the mold in his room.. also I will not disclose my name but I was a tenet there from January 2020-December 2021
