She kept us updated every step of the way and made recommendations to help us move forward in this crazy market. Every person she recommended to us, from the mortgage broker to the home inspection company to insurance brokers have been top notch as well!

BUYERS BEWARE!!! In todays real estate market, with houses selling extremely fast. You need a realtor with great, and effective communication! Well I'm here to tell you that is/will not be Tonya L from Century 21 Fox Properties. She will take days to respond, doesn't follow up behind her word, and sometimes just flat out doesn't respond at all. Think you'll reach her by leaving a voicemail? Think again. I would HIGHLY suggest looking at another agency or realtor if you value honor, and communication within your home buying/selling experience.

Terrible. From Day 1. Poor communication, customer service and lack of knowledge when it comes to hiring professional vendors. Really wish there was a communication line between the tenants and home owners. All you get are excuses here. Would definitely not recommend.
