        The owner of Zerbe Jewelers personally reached out to apologize for the poor treatment my husband and I received in the store and to make amends for our experience. A professional, ethical decision end to this story. We will consider patronizing this store again now that we know the owners value customer service and professional conduct...even if one of their jewelers most certainly did not!
