    AWFUL EXPERIENCE. My friend went in to try and get some furniture on credit for her new apartment. They gave her the run around by approving her credit, but then denying the letterhead her company sent over. She works for a very small company. Her boss has had epilepsy for 21 years and has poor handwriting. They insulted her and her boss by saying the letter looked like a five year old wrote it. She was denied any furniture even though her credit was good. When her boss called the store to see what the problem was or if there was anything he could do, the gentleman on the phone WAS VERY RUDE AND DODGING QUESTIONS. He was explaining the store's company policy and he was asked " Is that your stores policy or the policy of a third party credit bureau ? " He responded by repeatedly saying : "I'M NOT GONNA ARGUE WITH PEOPLE ON THE PHONE ! " To which he heard back " I`m not arguing sir, I asked you a question. " He just kept saying IM NOT GONNA ARGUE, IM NOT GONNA ARGUE, over and over. She was going to furnish a whole apartment from your store and possibly a condo, but not anymore. RUDEST FURNITURE STORE EXPERIENCE OF A LIFETIME. Manager was rude, disrespectful, condescending, discriminatory and dodging simple questions. Get off your high horse & Don't judge a book by its cover. You don't know who is walking into your store every day and you just lost a big sale. WORST EXPERIENCE IN FURNITURE HISTORY. Really Hated It. NEGATIVE STARS.

    Horrible experience by far. I waited weeks for my order. Finally on the day of delivery the chair I so anticipated was slightly scratched. The leather was cut. I brought it up and they wrote on their notes about getting it repaired. It'll be like it wasn't there. Look no one in their right mind spends lots of money to get a damaged merchandised then have them repair it. You better get some money back if you allow it. So i told them no. I want a new one. They said the wait might take 7-8 weeks. Really? To top it off with my purchase i got a free tablet and i just opened it up. Screen scratched all over. So looks used. I'm not coming back here and wont recommended for no one. I dont even like leaving reviews but they made me mad. Dont waste you time and money other places sell cheaper.

    We had gone here a couple time to look at furniture but decided to go with their freedom travel finance. The representatives on the phone were nice and helpful when booking the tickets. When we went in to the store to finalize some paper work it took a while just for the store supervisor to get threw to a rep on the phone to confirm our flight which I must say was annoying to hear them talk about the weather instead of getting to the point. As my husband was doing his finally paper work we had to call for some help from the store employee which the supervisor should of been helping us instead he was off doing something else and walking around with food in his hands and eating. I thought their was brakes for this ? This is not a way supervisors should be doing business they should be helping you all the way threw the process and not walking around with food in their hands. besides the bad service at the store and with everything in order and ready to go. We headed out to the airport, Come to find out our flight was canceled due to a blizzard storm. We stayed at the airport from 2 am to 8am . which in that time we did ask the airline what we could do to fix this. The only thing they could tell us was call your travel agency ( FREEDOM TRAVEL ) they are the only ones who can help you since they bought the tickets. So we waited till 8 am and finally got a answer. As I told the freedom Representative our situation, all the freedom travel representative could say was "I CANT HELP YOU, WHAT DO YOU EXPECT ME TO DO ? " along with vary rude tone and attitude. Well help me of course to fix this in some way ? She would not help in any way. The second time I called back for a supervisor which that didn’t help I still got a rude and unhelpful Representative. This supervisor proceeded to yell at me and called me stupid than hung up on me. So with being left to fix this problem myself I asked the airline to refund the money back to freedom travel to which this was the only option. Now FREEDOM TRAVEL expects me to still pay for tickets that are in the process of being refunded to them. FREEDOM TRAVEL has not tried to fix this problem. Now I'am paying for something I never used and the company refuses to work with me in any way. This company is targeting military members and their family’s, once there is a issue with the product(traveling tickets )they do not want to help in any way. DO NOT GO TO FREEDOM TRAVEL or FREEDOM FRUNITURE FOR ANYTHING !! you will get screwed especially if you are a military member. If you have been screwed and a problem is not been resolved I suggest you go to BBB and contact you lawyer .
