Rainbow Sprinkler

We have been customers for years, but no longer. We hired Rainbow Sprinkler to repair a leak. They came out and stated they had fixed the leak. The next day I called to say the leak was not repaired. Nonetheless, they sent a bill for $650, and refused to return for 10 days. Their policy has always been 10 days to pay.Ten days later, Ron returned and wanted payment that day. We wanted to wait 24 hours to be sure the leak was actually repaired. Ron was quite rude to my husband. Carol then telephoned and was quite rude to me, saying we would have to pay a $32.50 late fee if we did not pay that day, for a job completed that day.

I have been using them for the last 5 years for my sprinkler system. Carol is delightful on the phone and she and Al, make an impressive team. I have had several repairs needed, and they are always done promptly. I also had them install a new controller , as my old one was a pain to deal with. New system makes it much easier to change programs. Highly recommend them.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. The Rainbow employee showed up (charged me $95.00 just to show up) and gave me a bid for $1,745.00 to fix my lawn sprinkler system. I called Conserva Irrigation to get another bid. Conserva charged me nothing to show up and give a bid. Conserva gave me a bid to do everything Rainbow had bid on plus Conserva's bid included replacing three broken sprinkler heads that Rainbow missed. Conserva's bid? $455.00. I guess Rainbow though the could get away with gouging me. Rainbow is a rip off.

So, I made an appointment online for this coming Tuesday, got an email confirmation, and now I get an email saying Alvin Gonzales has "declined" the appointment? Poor customer service, and I won't be using them again. Their online reservation system is a joke--don't use it!
