Rude owner! Terrible customer service. Set up an appointment for a sprinkler blow out and bid on complete system in the spring. Called back to ask about how they handle their service when it's snowing, since snow was in the forecast. The owner was incredibly rude and said "I can't predict the weather" and went on demeaning, raising her voice Needless to say, I cancelled the appointment. Already rebooked with a professional company, sooner and at a specific time...not a whole afternoon window.

The technician was on time, confirmed the issue with my sprinklers and fixed the problem. Very impressed with his work.

Called about a leak in my front yard. It was their busy season so they could not get out for a couple days, the technician walked me through how to shut of that section so I could continue to water the rest. When he arrived, promptly fix the issue. Very respectful and knowledgeable excellent service.
