I was driving down I 95 while visiting Florida and a truck from this company cut me off and almost ran me off the road. When I honked the driver flipped me off. I wouldn't hire them.

Cant recommend Brevard Construction enough! We have been working with them to build our dream home, and they have been so helpful every step of the way. Dave, Kari, Mack and CJ all work together with us to ensure our visions are made reality. This is the first home we have built, and they have made the process smooth and easy for us. Each time we go to the house and check out the newest additions, we are amazed by the quality of work. We are so happy we went with Brevard Construction for our forever home!

Have done renovations with Brevard Construction several times and have never been disappointed. Their attention to detail is to be commended. They are also honest and very trustworthy. Highly recommend Dave and his crew. *This review has been edited because the proprietors have threatened to sue for tortious misconduct. I've removed all opinions and modified this post to reflect pure fact, which does not meet the definition of "tortious misconduct". The only opinion that I will offer here is that I think that the original, shorter, review was much more flattering than this one.
The proprietors of this construction company purchased the 2,000 SF home next to mine and, for more than a year (which factually is a LONG time), had construction crews working on the home.
Everything from trash to dog waste ended up in neighboring yards on a regular basis. It did in mine. I regularly had to police trash and debris from my yard and regularly had to instruct their workers to remove their tools and materials (and selves) from my property, as the project spilled over into my neighboring property regularly, and it was apparent that the proprietor was not providing similar instruction to their staff (or if they were, it was ignored).
In addition, they diverted waterflow from their property to the neighboring ones, causing drainage issues. They did this to mine by bringing in several dump truck loads of material, artificially raising the height of their yard by several inches and diverted the water into mine. I requested that the county take a look, as we're now facing several thousand dollars in mitigation costs for either raising our own yard or installing a French drain system and inasmuch as we did not cause the problem, we were hoping the malefactors would be held accountable, but were told that because they raised the level more than 50' from the waterfront, there was nothing the county could legally do, and while the county representative expressed their sympathies and offered the view that if it was their yard, they would also be upset, ultimately I was told that I would need to absorb the cost of the repairs. I posted a review of their company shortly thereafter that was factual, but it also had some sarcasm.
These people, rather than offering to fix the damage they caused to my yard, (after not only being visited by the county and advised of such, but also seeing the review and accompanying photographs) had some random attorney (David Gunter) send me a letter threatening to sue for "tortious misconduct" because I complained about their lack of professionalism publicly and was never a customer. I've edited this review to reflect only facts, and have eliminated opinion. It's not "tortious misconduct" if you're simply speaking truth.
