Itâ€™s not the place, itâ€™s the nasty attitude of the woman answering the phone for me! The elevator in my building went down, I was in a wheelchair couldnâ€™t get to my floor nd needed help, when I reached out for help the woman was very nasty nd impolite. My building has three floors.
