The field tech we deal with seems knowledgeable and easy to deal with, however, the office people need to be chased around to get what you need from them. So you get the typical, "I told the office people and they'll take it from here," and then you can't get any traction with the office people. So if you're a building manager and want an efficient and productive relationship with your elevator service vendor, look elsewhere in CLE.

We were stuck in an elevator and the kind maintenance worker drove 40 minutes at 1 am to get us out. He didnt complain or anything. All he said was that he was so glad we were okay. Such a great guy, only wish I had gotten his name. He deserves a raise and recognition. Thank you kind stranger!
