the tech's are very nice and polite, but the "work" is OVER priced and more damage could be done to your plumbing. You will pay double what you would with a different company They came to my home to detect a possible leaky sink and told me they ran the dishwasher and the sink and detected NO leaks, other then a bolt that COULD of been loose, i came home to ONE INCH of water under my sink which caused more damage to the unit below me. " ma'am we did not do anything and there was no leaks when we left." If they were truly plumber's wouldn't they have fixed the problem, instead of causing more damage??They attempted to come out and fix a problem that was now bigger, i said "hell to the no no no" and had certified plumber come out and tighten a bolt in no time. I will not use them again. We had a smell coming out of our sink and thought it was the disposal. They replaced the entire disposal and then sent an invoice for nearly $500 and on the invoice it said we also cleared the drain line that was stopped up. Sooooo basically, we didnt even need our disposal replaced!!! The sink was just stopped up I have never ever had a plumping company go in and do work without diagnosing the issue first. Most companies charge a service fee, come out and diagnose, then give you your options with costs to consider. Then, you approve it and get it done. Just like an auto shop. They didnt do that.

I needed a repair in my gas line and was thrilled when an actual person answered the phone after leaving many messages with other offices. I did not get a quote or compare prices but was given transparent pricing ($175/hr for a 2 man team plus trip fee and materials) and was promptly assisted with my problem. It was not cheap, but if you get what you pay for then plumbing is something worth avoiding future problems caused by cheap work. These guys knew what they were doing and there was no standing around twiddling of thumbs that I saw. They were on time and when they left the problem was fixed and did not leave a mess. I hope I don't need a plumber again soon, but if I do I would certainly use them again!
