Rollshield Hurricane Shutter Manufacturer

I have had the pleasure to work with Greg Moore, Leslie Eckhouse and their employees recently and absolutely love the vibe and atmosphere that they bring to their business. This company and their staff go to great lengths to create an environment that allows the employees to go above and beyond for their clients. I highly recommend them for their services! Ive thoroughly enjoyed every interaction Ive had with everyone here! Five stars just dont seem enough!!!

1/6/23 - (New Review). Dustin and Matthew installed (2) hurricane shutters on the living room and dining room lanai. There was an issue and Dustin worked relentlessly to discover the answer!!! Both Dustin and Matthew have an outstanding work ethics and are great workers!! I cant say enough about Trey and Smitty who installed my hurricane shutter on 8/20/21. Theyre excellent workers and very personable. I really appreciated their professionalism and knowledge! Would highly recommend these two installers and Roll Shield. The Hurricane Shutter is soooo quiet . I LOVE it!

We have had issues with our windows where fog and stains were between the panes of glass. The problem is with the manufacturer not the installation. The RollShield company (Mandy) has stated that they will work with us to install the 2 screens that were not needed at the time of the window/door install at a reasonable price of $200. Greg has stated that RollShield will replace the foggy stained windows. We feel that RollShield deserves the five star rating.

Further update: My issue was taken care of in and they explained that they have corrected the reason that I fell thru the cracks. I have very happy with the product! Update on review: The initial install was and product is great but service after not so much. When we came back in late October when we raised them the weather striping all fell off on our three shutters. Many calls and emails for service from the project manager to our sales person did not get us a return phone call We had to leave again in 3 weeks and to this date nothing!! We're back again now for a month and we'll see if the response is any better. We only had a limited amount of time to get the shutters installed on our condo and these guys came through!! A first class job and we are very pleased! Thanks

Had high hopes for this company after reading some recommendations on Nextdoor but it was a nightmare even scheduling an appointment for an estimate for hurricane shutters. I called 3 times and left a message with Michelle,my husband called and left a message. Nobody ever called us back. Finally I got a hold of Michelle and she guaranteed someone would be here at 10am today. 10.20 and nobody had shown up so I called Michelle again and she blamed the computer for not putting us on the schedule! Horrible customer service and we havent even bought a product so cant imagine how much worse it is after buying something. Dont know why these companies send coupons in the mail when they clearly cant handle the business. Will take our thousands of dollars worth of business elsewhere.
