        Ordered windows in April, they were installed in December. I had to call to get an update, their answer was oh the person hasnt called you yet? Quoted me about 3800 and because they had to replace some wood (ended up being only a few studs) I ended up paying over 8k for 1 bay window. The install guys were very nice, bought them pizza because they stayed into the night to install. The office told me the inspector will come the next Friday, nobody ever showed up. All that money and still have to paint and cover the scratches and imperfections. So. unfortunately I cannot use them for the other 8 windows I have, hope i can find someone else that can do rest with similar windows. They cashed in on me, so Merry Christmas to them!
