Dropped my car off for some repairs on Monday morning had to call Wednesday to check on my car. Still hadnt looked at it. I was not informed when I dropped it off that they were swamped, Id have went somewhere else. Had to call back to check on my car said they finally got it looked at and was waiting on parts pricing. I need my car and cant wait so I tells the guy Ill just come pick it up. They say I owe 310 bucks for a diagnostic fee. Which if they would have told me their fee was 155 per hour Id have not left my car there. So now Im out 310 dollars and I still have a broke car and have to yalls it somewhere else. Ill drive to prattville or Montgomery to have my Ford worked on from now on. They need to tell you diagnostic fees up front and if they are busy it should be made known to the customer.

12/22/23 Im a super nice guy they just simply dont want to deal with me even though they screwed up. my ro# 15865 spent over $2500 on one ticket and still cant get brakes done correctly. My brakes were replaced, I go back because they are squealing terribly!! , The tech believes its a vacuum hose that he left unplugged, but he has to order the part so Ill have to come back, I expressed my concerns about the noise coming from the front RIGHT side (passenger) not the driver side to Adam face to face in person and showed him with my flashlight on my phone that the new brake was digging into my rotor when the truck was lifted up and the tires were off so he could see it clearly was digging into my rotor! he replied the tech didnt hear anything coming from that side, when he gets back to the desk I walk back up to him and said I dont see how its a rubber plug making the squeal noise when it only happens when I apply brakes. He replied well hopefully this fixes it (he didnt charge me bc it was the techs fault) Called back because the brake was still making a terrible noise!! come up there again Adam warranties the brake pad and sends me on my way with good brake pad but never mentioned my screwed up rotor and it was back to squealing before I made it to the house if the brake pad was no good and was able to be warrantied why would you ignore the damage it has done to my rotor?? i have been there FIVE times!! No exaggeration because they had to order the hose and the brake pad. So I had to come back, FIVE TIMES and still leave with terrible sounding brakes. I called again just to let them know and and Collin quickly said just bring it monday and hung up on me before I could even say okay If they dont make it right then i believe it is 100% better to go to Long Lewis in Alabaster if you want your brakes done correctly. My daughter saw a Kona online she wanted to look into that was at Baugh. I messaged to ask about availability. Mike Nicholas responded very promptly and let me know the car was still available and gave me his details. I let him know i was very interested. Keep in mind I live 40 miles from Baugh Ford. Within 2 hours Mike had the car delivered to my home for an overnight test drive. The car was great just as described. Mike was also very understanding of my crazy work schedule and worked around it to help me get the car processed. Signed, sealed, and delivered. Mike is the best in the business and I'll be doing business with him again in the future!
