Not very happy with this place the reps are very nice and helpful but the company doesnt stand by their contracts and when the reps calls the company reps customer service they are very ude and complicated not very professional but the reps handled them alot better than i would thanks WCH Booost reps REPS THAT ROCK.....IF ONLY COMPANY POLICY HELD UP ON THEIR SERVICE CONTRACTS YOU NEVER GET THREW THEN WHEN U DO THEIR RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT EVEN AWARE OF THE BOOST OFFERS OR DETAILS OF PHONES OR PRODUCTS BUT WCH BOOST MOBILE REPS ROCK VERY HELPFUL INFORMATIVE GOOD JOB REPS

I required a hard to find part and after calling around I found on the website, Sevan Auto Parts located in Circleville, OH. I spoke with Matt who had a lovely upbeat personality. He was honest, professional and provided great customer service. He was very quick looking up the part I needed and setting up the shipping. The price was very reasonable along with the shipping time. Matt was upfront as he informed me of the shipping instructions. I would recommend this business with great pride and would use them in the future.
